I’ve been employed in various aspects of the travel industry since 1983, and over the years I’ve had the opportunity to work with a variety of companies that helped shape my understanding of what  travel is to me and what makes a journey truly memorable. One of the most formative chapters of my career was a 12-year stint at a Mediterranean Travel company specializing in travel and tourism to Greece and Turkey — two countries that sparked my lifelong connection to the Mediterranean.

In my youth, I was captivated by the mythology of the Eastern Mediterranean — stories of gods, heroes, and ancient civilizations that captivated my imagination and planted the seeds of curiosity. That early fascination grew into a deep appreciation for the Mediterranean region’s history, culture, and landscapes, which continues to inspire the journeys I design today.

In 2002, I joined a boutique travel company that, with my expertise in the region, became dedicated to crafting small-group journeys throughout the Mediterranean. My focus has always been on designing unique, customized experiences that go beyond the typical tourist trail and what is normally offered in tour operator brochures. I specialize in destinations like Italy, Greece, Croatia, Turkey, and Egypt — places I know well and continue to explore with curiosity and respect.

Each and every itinerary I create is carefully paced and thoughtfully designed to offer meaningful encounters — whether it’s sharing a meal with locals, wandering through ancient ruins, or discovering quiet areas that most travelers miss. For me, travel is about connection, discovery, and finding a rhythm that feels personal and enriching.

I believe every great journey has its own tempo — a delicate balance between  exploration and reflection. My goal is to help you find that rhythm and experience the Mediterranean in a way that feels authentic and unforgettable.
